Responsibilities

- Anticipate societal impacts of future AI applications through horizon scanning
- Represent the company at global AI ethics forums and regulatory discussions
- Train engineering teams on responsible AI implementation techniques
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, AI, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI ethics, compliance, or responsible technology development
- Expertise in AI governance frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Proven experience conducting bias audits and algorithmic impact assessments
- Deep understanding of emerging AI trends (AGI, generative models, autonomous systems)
- Exceptional stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership
- Published work or thought leadership in AI ethics (papers, conferences)
