Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture and development of proprietary Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI agents.
- Optimize model inference speeds and reduce latency for real-time applications.
- Establish MLOps pipelines to ensure seamless deployment and monitoring of AI models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements for AI-driven features.
- Ensure ethical AI practices, data privacy, and bias mitigation in all training datasets.
- Research and prototype novel neural network architectures for 2026 standards.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or NLP.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of transformer models and attention mechanisms.
- Experience with RLHF (Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback) methodologies.
