Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 AI Roadmap: Collaborate with C-suite executives to outline a comprehensive vision and strategic plan for AI integration, focusing on scalability and innovation.
- Lead Strategic Initiatives: Spearhead high-impact AI projects, managing the end-to-end lifecycle from ideation to deployment and analysis.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Mentor and lead a diverse team of AI researchers and engineers, fostering a culture of excellence, creativity, and continuous learning.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business goals and securing buy-in.
- Risk Management: Identify potential ethical, legal, and technical risks associated with advanced AI models and implement robust mitigation strategies.
- Market Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analysis on emerging AI trends and competitors to keep Nexus Horizon at the forefront of the industry.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in AI/ML, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or strategy role.
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), generative AI, and neural networks.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of defining long-term technical strategies that drive business growth.
- Leadership: Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing high-performing teams and cross-functional collaborations.
- Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, capable of translating complex concepts into actionable business insights.
- Certifications: Relevant professional certifications in AI ethics or strategic management are a plus.
