- Lead a team of AI architects and data scientists to build scalable AI solutions
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI implementation across global operations
- Identify emerging AI technologies and assess their commercial viability
- Forge strategic partnerships with tech leaders and research institutions
- Present AI transformation plans to stakeholders and board members
- Drive AI adoption in product development and customer experience initiatives
Qualifications
- 15+ years in AI/ML strategy with 5+ in executive leadership roles
- Proven track record of launching AI products generating $50M+ revenue
- Deep expertise in generative AI, neural networks, and predictive analytics
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, AI, or related field
- Experience managing cross-functional teams across tech, ethics, and business units
- Published research in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, etc.)
- Certified AI Ethics Professional (CAIP) preferred
