- Drive cross-functional agile methodologies with 50+ technical teams
- Establish governance frameworks for emerging tech compliance (GDPR, CCPA)
- Measure KPI impact through real-time analytics dashboards
- Present transformation ROI to C-suite and board stakeholders quarterly
Qualifications
- 10+ years in digital transformation with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record implementing enterprise-scale AI/ML solutions
- Certification in AWS/Azure/GCP and DevOps methodologies
- Expertise in agile frameworks (SAFe, LeSS) and change management
- Deep understanding of Web3, metaverse, and quantum computing applications
- Experience scaling teams from 50 to 200+ technical professionals
- Strong financial acumen with $10M+ budget management
- MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science/Engineering preferred
