Responsibilities
- Architect and execute 2026 digital transformation roadmap spanning AI adoption, blockchain integration, and quantum computing readiness
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, data scientists, and UX designers in delivering next-gen digital products
- Develop strategic partnerships with emerging tech startups and research institutions for 2026 innovation pipeline
- Establish KPIs and governance frameworks for measuring digital maturity and ROI of transformation initiatives
- Present future-state vision to executive stakeholders and Board of Directors with compelling data-driven narratives
- Drive organizational change management programs ensuring seamless adoption of new technologies
- Monitor regulatory landscape and ethical implications of emerging technologies for compliance readiness
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology leadership with proven experience scaling digital transformation initiatives
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or blockchain technologies with hands-on implementation experience
- Strategic planning certification or MBA from top-tier institution preferred
- Track record of building and leading high-performing technical teams (10+ direct reports)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts into business strategies
- Experience with enterprise-scale cloud migrations (AWS/Azure/GCP) and microservices architecture
- Published thought leadership in digital transformation or emerging tech (articles, patents, or conference talks)
- PMP or similar project management certification required
