Responsibilities

- Design and facilitate scenario-planning workshops for executive leadership
- Produce foresight reports that inform R&D investments and product innovation
- Collaborate with engineering teams to prototype future-critical technologies
- Lead a dedicated foresight team in continuous horizon scanning
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders with compelling data narratives
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused product development
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Exceptional storytelling skills to translate complex futures into actionable insights
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through ambiguity and uncertainty
- Published thought leadership in forespace publications or conferences
