Responsibilities
- Develop and articulate the comprehensive 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technical goals with broader business objectives.
- Conduct in-depth research on emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Blockchain) and evaluate their potential applicability to Nexus Horizon's ecosystem.
- Lead cross-functional teams to pilot and implement future-proof solutions, ensuring seamless integration with current systems.
- Identify potential risks and opportunities in the evolving tech landscape and propose mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to secure buy-in for long-term strategic initiatives and resource allocation.
- Monitor global tech trends and competitor movements to maintain a competitive advantage.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or engineering leadership roles.
- Proven track record of leading successful digital transformation initiatives.
- Strong understanding of emerging technologies and their future trajectory.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
