Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the technical vision for the 2026 era, identifying emerging technologies like Generative AI, Edge Computing, and Quantum Readiness.
- R&D Leadership: Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, data scientists, and strategists to prototype and validate high-impact innovations.
- Trend Analysis: Conduct deep-dive market research to anticipate technological shifts and adjust the company's trajectory accordingly.
- Technical Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and senior staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for executive leadership and product teams.

Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, AI, or strategic technology consulting, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior architectural role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Machine Learning, Cloud Architecture (AWS/Azure), and scalable system design.
