Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology adoption roadmaps aligning with corporate vision and market demands
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify breakthrough technologies (Web4.0, neuromorphic computing, sustainable tech)
- Design innovation frameworks for rapid prototyping and pilot programs of future-facing solutions
- Partner with product teams to integrate emerging capabilities into 5-year product roadmaps
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and board members with data-driven recommendations
- Establish strategic alliances with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and regulatory implications for future tech deployments
- Mentor innovation teams in future-thinking methodologies and ethical tech implementation
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic technology roles with proven experience in future-tech planning
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (quantum, AI, blockchain, sustainable tech)
- Track record of launching industry-first solutions with measurable market impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech specialization
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Innovation Management preferred
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable strategies
- Strong executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite and investors
- Published thought leadership in future-tech publications or conferences
