Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the company's 2026 innovation strategy across quantum computing, AI, and sustainable tech domains
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing and prototyping breakthrough technologies with commercial potential
- Identify and evaluate emerging tech trends through market research, patent analysis, and academic partnerships
- Present strategic innovation roadmaps to C-suite executives and board members with clear ROI projections
- Drive culture of experimentation by managing innovation pipeline from ideation to pilot implementation
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with leading research institutions and tech pioneers
- Mentor technical teams in rapid prototyping methodologies and agile innovation processes
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology innovation leadership with proven track record in emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, advanced AI, biotech, or sustainable tech systems
- Experience developing commercialization strategies for breakthrough technologies
- Exceptional strategic planning and stakeholder management skills
- PhD or equivalent in relevant technical field (CS, Engineering, Physics) with published research
- Strong background in managing R&D budgets exceeding $10M
- Portfolio demonstrating successful technology commercialization or patent development
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into compelling business narratives
