Responsibilities

- Architect sustainable tech frameworks addressing climate resilience and resource optimization
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to prototype next-gen human-computer interaction systems
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies with 3-5 year market impact
- Develop ethical governance frameworks for autonomous systems deployment
- Present innovation roadmaps to C-suite and industry consortium partners
Qualifications
- 10+ years in emerging tech strategy with proven 2025+ roadmap execution
- Expertise in at least two domains: quantum computing, AI ethics, or bio-integrated systems
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature Futures journal
- Certification in Technology Foresight (TFx) or equivalent
- Experience securing $5M+ in R&D funding for forward-looking initiatives
- Fluency in Python and system architecture modeling tools
- PhD in Computer Science or related field with focus on temporal technology forecasting
