Responsibilities

- Partner with C-suite executives to align tech innovations with 5-year business objectives and market disruption
- Manage global teams of engineers, designers, and futurists in agile development of prototype technologies
- Establish industry partnerships with quantum labs, AI research centers, and metaverse platform developers
- Develop ethical frameworks for responsible AI deployment and autonomous system governance
- Present future-tech roadmaps to investors, clients, and industry thought leaders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology leadership with 5+ years in emerging tech or R&D management
- Expertise in quantum computing, generative AI, or metaverse architecture with proven implementation track record
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field
- Published research in IEEE Nature or similar-tier journals on future technologies
- Experience leading teams with 15+ engineers across multiple geographies
- Deep understanding of blockchain, neuromorphic computing, and human-machine interfaces
- Certified in AWS/Azure quantum services and Google AI/ML specialization
- Portfolio of delivered projects with measurable 2026-readiness impact
