Responsibilities
- Lead research and analysis of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) with 2026 commercialization potential
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market trends
- Conduct scenario planning for technological disruptions and their industry-wide implications
- Partner with R&D teams to evaluate and prototype next-gen solutions
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Monitor global tech innovation ecosystems and competitive landscapes
- Drive adoption of future-ready technologies across business units
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven track record of forecasting tech trends and their business impacts
- Expertise in at least three emerging technology domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capability
- Experience presenting complex tech concepts to non-technical audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology strategy
- Certification in emerging technologies (e.g., AWS ML, Google AI) preferred
