Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning for emerging technologies with 2026 commercialization potential
- Develop strategic roadmaps for adopting breakthrough innovations across business units
- Establish partnerships with quantum computing, AI, and biotech research pioneers
- Present technology impact assessments to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Design pilot programs for next-gen technologies with measurable ROI tracking
- Anticipate regulatory and ethical implications of emerging technologies
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future technology adoption methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Technology Strategy (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI, or decentralized systems
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical data
- Experience developing technology roadmaps with 5+ year horizons
- Published thought leadership in technology futurism or innovation strategy
