Responsibilities
- Develop 2026-2030 technology roadmaps prioritizing ethical AI adoption and quantum computing integration
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing emerging tech solutions across 15+ industry verticals
- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive technologies with 5-year market impact potential
- Design sustainability frameworks for next-gen hardware and cloud infrastructure
- Forge strategic partnerships with research institutions and tech accelerators
- Present technology strategy recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor junior innovators through our Tech Vanguard program
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record in scaling emerging technologies (quantum/AI/IoT) from concept to market
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals on technology ethics or sustainable innovation
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks governing AI and biotechnology (FDA, FCC, EU AI Act)
- Fluency in at least one quantum programming language (Qiskit, Cirq) or AI ethics modeling
- Experience with technology foresight methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Portfolio demonstrating minimum 3 successful technology commercialization projects
