Responsibilities

- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating future technologies into product pipelines and business models
- Present technology forecasts and impact assessments to C-suite executives and stakeholders
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate future-forward solutions
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Drive cross-functional workshops to align teams on technology adoption strategies
- Monitor competitive landscapes and regulatory shifts affecting tech evolution
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- 8+ years experience in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, IoT, blockchain, quantum computing)
- Proven track record of translating tech trends into business value
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data
