Responsibilities
- Lead R&D initiatives for emerging technologies including quantum computing interfaces and neuroadaptive AI systems
- Architect sustainable technology frameworks aligned with 2026 environmental regulations and societal needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prototype and validate breakthrough innovations
- Develop strategic technology roadmaps anticipating 5-year industry evolution
- Present findings to C-suite executives and external stakeholders through compelling narratives
- Mentor junior researchers while fostering a culture of experimental innovation
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent experience in Computer Science, AI, or Emerging Technologies
- 7+ years in tech innovation with proven track record of shipping breakthrough products
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic systems, or climate tech
- Strong publication record in top-tier journals/conferences (NeurIPS, Nature, etc.)
- Exceptional strategic thinking with ability to translate complex concepts into actionable plans
- Experience securing $1M+ in research funding or corporate innovation grants
- Deep understanding of ethical tech frameworks and regulatory landscapes
