Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 technology adoption roadmaps for quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable infrastructure
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Conduct horizon-scanning research on emerging technologies (neuromorphic chips, synthetic biology, climate tech)
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Drive adoption of responsible AI frameworks and circular economy principles
- Mentor junior futurists and build an internal innovation incubator
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Expertise in emerging tech trends (quantum, AI, biotech, climate tech)
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products or services
- Advanced degree in Technology, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Experience presenting to executive audiences and investors
- Certification in Foresight Methodology or Technology Assessment preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-tech initiatives delivered
