- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Author forward-looking whitepapers on societal impact of emerging technologies
- Manage $50M+ R&D budget allocation for prototype development
- Mentor cross-generational talent in future-skills development programs
- Represent company at Davos, CES, and global tech summits
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with proven disruption forecasting experience
- PhD in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futurism preferred
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature journals
- Expertise in generative AI, neuromorphic computing, and climate-tech
- Track record scaling ventures from concept to $1B+ valuation
- Certification in Technology Foresight (TF2030) required
- Fluency in Mandarin, Spanish, or Arabic a significant advantage
