Responsibilities
- Develop predictive models for emerging tech adoption curves through 2026
- Design ethical frameworks for AI and biotechnology integration
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities
- Produce strategic white papers for C-suite and board stakeholders
- Partner with venture capital teams to scout breakthrough innovations
- Establish KPIs for measuring long-term technology impact
- Represent the company at global futures and innovation forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, R&D management, or tech innovation
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Published research on technology adoption patterns or disruption theory
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEPLE)
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, AGI, or climate tech landscapes
- Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts for executive audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating future-focused projects or thought leadership
