- Produce comprehensive foresight reports on biotech and climate convergence technologies
- Manage innovation pipeline with $50M+ annual R&D budget allocation
- Represent company at global tech summits and policy forums
- Mentor junior futurists in strategic foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D leadership
- Proven track record in developing 5+ year technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong network within global tech policy and venture capital ecosystems
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from AC/FS) required
