Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology adoption roadmaps for core business units
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify emerging market disruptions
- Conduct scenario planning and risk assessment for next-gen innovations
- Present strategic frameworks to executive stakeholders and investors
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive intelligence signals
- Drive pilot programs for breakthrough technologies (quantum computing, AGI, etc.)
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring future-readiness maturity
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, product innovation, or futures research
- Proven track record of launching tech-forward initiatives with measurable impact
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum, biotech, Web3)
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or Futures Studies
- Certification in Foresight Methodology or Strategic Foresight preferred
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive experience
