- Develop strategic roadmaps for emerging domains (AI ethics, quantum computing, bio-integration)
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align innovation portfolios with long-term vision
- Produce foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for organizational resilience
- Represent company at global futurist forums and thought leadership summits
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-proofing methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech research
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into business strategy
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Exceptional communication skills for executive-level presentations
- Certification in Foresight methodologies (e.g., CFS) preferred
