Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or futurist roles at tech-forward companies
- Proven track record of launching products with 5+ year market impact
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Advanced degree in Technology, Engineering, or Business Innovation
- Published thought leadership in futurism or emerging tech
- Experience scaling innovation labs from concept to revenue
- Certification in futures thinking (e.g., CFTE, APF)
- Portfolio demonstrating at least 3 industry-disrupting initiatives
