Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic roadmaps for 2026 technology adoption across industry verticals
- Lead cross-functional sprints to prototype and validate next-generation solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging trends with disruptive potential
- Establish innovation frameworks for ethical technology deployment in 2026 contexts
- Present findings to C-suite executives and external stakeholders through compelling data narratives
- Mentor a team of futurist researchers and innovation specialists
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurist research
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products/services
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum applications, climate tech, or neurotech
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario modeling capabilities
- Advanced degree in relevant field (PhD preferred) or equivalent demonstrable impact
- Experience with emerging tech governance frameworks (ISO 20837, IEEE 7000)
- Portfolio demonstrating 2026-focused projects or publications
- Fluency in data visualization tools (Tableau, D3.js) and simulation environments
