Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging global trends (2026-2035 horizon) across tech, climate, and societal shifts
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive innovation pipeline aligned with 2026 strategic milestones
- Lead 3-5 high-impact R&D initiatives annually with $2M+ budgets
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-proof technologies into core offerings
- Present foresight frameworks to executive leadership and key stakeholders quarterly
- Mentor a 5-person innovation team in future-proof methodologies
- Establish industry partnerships for trend validation and collaborative innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, product development, or futurism
- Proven track record of executing multi-year technological roadmaps
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, or biotech convergence trends
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Published thought leadership in innovation or future trends (e.g., Harvard Business Review)
- Experience managing innovation teams with $1M+ budgets
- Strong proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (MS/MBA preferred)
