Responsibilities
- Anticipate and map global technology trends through 2026, creating actionable strategic roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional teams to incubate and scale disruptive innovations
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for geopolitical and technological disruptions
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align innovation initiatives with corporate vision
- Present future-state insights to stakeholders through compelling visualizations
- Drive ethical AI implementation and sustainable technology adoption
- Mentor junior futurists and build an internal innovation ecosystem
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or emerging tech
- Proven track record of launching successful future-focused initiatives
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology forecasting
- Strong background in at least two of: AI, quantum computing, biotech, or climate tech
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MBA, MS, PhD) or equivalent experience
- Published thought leadership in innovation or futurism
- Experience with agile methodologies and cross-functional leadership
