Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps for quantum/AI convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams of researchers, engineers, and product designers
- Identify and validate disruptive opportunities in climate tech and biotech
- Secure $5M+ in R&D funding through strategic partnerships and grants
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Drive patent development and intellectual property strategy
- Mentor junior innovators through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in R&D leadership with 5+ in emerging tech
- Proven track record in scaling commercialized innovations
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Physics
- Expertise in quantum computing or AI ethics frameworks
- Experience securing federal/state innovation grants
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent journals
- Strong network with venture capital and academia
- Proficiency in emerging tech forecasting methodologies
