- Curate industry thought leadership through white papers and keynote presentations
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-driven resource allocation
- Mentor next-gen futurists through Horizon's Future Leaders Program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or futurist consulting with Fortune 500 impact
- Proven track record launching market-defining products/services (2018-2023)
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum computing, neurotech, or climate AI
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published author in peer-reviewed innovation journals or top-tier business media
- Fluency in scenario planning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive analytics
