Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap, identifying disruptive technologies and market opportunities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing next-gen products with 3-5 year market impact
- Analyze exponential trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to inform strategic decisions
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry disruptors
- Present innovation frameworks to executive leadership and investors
- Develop ethical guidelines for emerging technology implementation
- Mentor junior futurists and innovation specialists
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurology, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in strategic innovation or technology foresight
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products/services
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional scenario planning and trend analysis capabilities
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level stakeholders
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight required
