Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the 2026 Innovation Roadmap through scenario modeling and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions in quantum, bio, and AI domains
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech accelerators
- Present futuristic insights to C-suite executives and board members
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget for experimental projects
- Author quarterly 'Horizon Scan' reports on emerging technologies
- Mentor junior futurists using our proprietary foresight methodology
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futurism, or emerging technology leadership
- Proven track record of developing 5+ year technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or AGI ethics
- Published thought leadership in futurism journals or industry whitepapers
- Executive presence with experience presenting to Fortune 500 boards
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology, or related field
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, horizon scanning)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ implemented futuristic innovations
