Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 Strategic Foresight Framework through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-proof solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D centers
- Present disruptive scenarios to executive stakeholders for decision-making
- Curate and analyze emerging tech signals (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence)
- Design and facilitate innovation workshops for global leadership teams
- Author thought leadership papers on future industry paradigms
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight or innovation leadership roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (blockchain, quantum, AI)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
- Experience with futures research tools (Delphi method, SWOT analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful innovation implementations
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
