- Present strategic futures scenarios to executive stakeholders and board members
- Curate an annual '2026 Tech Summit' featuring industry pioneers
- Drive adoption of circular economy principles in product development cycles
- Mentor junior futurists in horizon scanning and trend analysis methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of launching products/services with 5+ year impact horizons
- Expertise in emerging tech: quantum computing, synthetic biology, climate tech
- Published thought leadership on 2020s societal/tech transformation trends
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ futuristic concepts implemented at scale
- Fluency in Spanish or Mandarin for global stakeholder engagement
