As a key member of our Global Innovation Lab, you'll collaborate with quantum computing researchers, AI ethicists, and sustainable technology pioneers to develop and deploy solutions that anticipate societal needs before they emerge. You'll lead cross-functional teams in turning speculative concepts into market-ready innovations while maintaining our commitment to ethical, inclusive, and sustainable progress.
Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap, aligning emerging technologies with market evolution
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing prototype solutions for next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive opportunities in biotech, AI, and spatial computing
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs to accelerate innovation cycles
- Develop and implement ethical frameworks for emerging technologies including quantum and synthetic biology
- Present innovation roadmaps and future scenarios to executive leadership and key stakeholders
- Mentor junior futurists and innovation specialists in strategic foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic innovation or technology foresight with proven impact on product roadmaps
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, AGI development, or neurotech
- Strong background in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through ambiguous innovation cycles
- Published thought leadership on technology ethics or societal impact of emerging tech
- Proficiency in innovation frameworks (e.g., Design Thinking, System Innovation Labs)
- Portfolio demonstrating at least two successfully commercialized future-focused initiatives
