Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead innovation sprints with Fortune 100 partners to prototype next-gen solutions
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring long-term impact of emerging technologies
- Mentor a team of futurists and design strategists in human-centered methodologies
- Present visionary briefings to investors, board members, and government stakeholders
- Curate annual 'Horizon 2026' symposium featuring global tech pioneers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, sustainable tech, or neuro-interfaces
- Portfolio of launched products/services with measurable societal impact
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in top-tier innovation journals
- Fluency in strategic foresight frameworks (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Experience securing $5M+ budgets for experimental R&D initiatives
