Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives to identify and map emerging technologies, societal shifts, and market disruptions through 2026
- Develop innovation roadmaps integrating quantum computing, AI, biotech, and sustainable energy solutions
- Facilitate scenario-planning workshops with executive teams to prepare for future business environments
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Translate complex future trends into actionable product development and investment strategies
- Present findings to stakeholders through compelling visualizations and executive briefings
- Champion ethical innovation frameworks to ensure responsible technological advancement
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic planning, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record in developing 5-10 year innovation roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, neurotech)
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills with executive audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFMP) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating published futures research or innovation frameworks
