Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives to identify and analyze disruptive technologies, market trends, and societal shifts through 2026+
- Develop and execute innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives and emerging opportunities
- Collaborate with R&D, product, and executive teams to integrate future-oriented insights into product development cycles
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry experts for continuous trend intelligence
- Present compelling scenarios and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Champion innovation culture through workshops, hackathons, and thought leadership initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, Technology, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3)
- Proven track record of translating future insights into actionable business strategies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex scenarios to diverse audiences
- Experience with scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Portfolio demonstrating published research, keynote presentations, or implemented future strategies
