- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints for next-gen product/service roadmaps
- Champion ethical AI adoption and sustainable technology integration initiatives
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness and track industry disruption vectors
- Present strategic futures narratives to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Curate partnerships with emerging tech incubators and academic research labs
- Design workforce transformation programs for hybrid-remote and augmented human capabilities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation, or futurism with Fortune 500 or scale-up experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
- Proven track record in translating foresight into executable business strategies
- Expertise in exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI ethics)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in future trends or innovation management
- Fluency in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Certification in Innovation Management or Futures Planning preferred
