- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating future trends into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, systems thinking, and emerging tech frameworks

- Published research on future-of-work or technological disruption
