Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts through 2026
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive innovation roadmap aligned with 2026 strategic objectives
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to ideate and prototype future-proof solutions
- Quantify market opportunities and ROI projections for emerging technologies
- Build executive-level presentations on future scenarios and strategic recommendations
- Partner with R&D to translate foresight into tangible product roadmaps
- Monitor geopolitical and socioeconomic factors impacting innovation ecosystems
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, product development, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of developing and implementing 5+ year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, biotech, or Web3
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex information
- Advanced degree in Technology Strategy, Business Innovation, or related field
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight preferred
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating successful innovation strategy implementations
