- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for long-term business resilience
- Partner with product and engineering teams to integrate future-facing innovations into roadmaps
- Deliver executive-ready insights through white papers, trend briefs, and high-impact presentations
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurist networks, academic partnerships, and industry think tanks
- Champion ethical innovation principles while navigating disruption in AI, climate tech, and biotechnology
- Quantify future opportunities through data-driven forecasting and competitive intelligence analysis
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or equivalent certification (e.g., CFIP)
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, corporate innovation, or futurist roles with proven impact on long-term planning
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systems thinking methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with experience translating complex futures into executive narratives
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or strategic frameworks implemented in organizations
