Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Foresight, or related field
- 8+ years in innovation strategy, R&D, or future-focused roles
- Proven experience with horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional strategic communication and executive presentation skills
- Published thought leadership in innovation or futurism domains
- Certification in Futures Studies or Innovation Management preferred
- Experience building cross-functional innovation ecosystems
