Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 innovation roadmaps through horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional teams in executing rapid prototyping cycles for future-facing products
- Conduct market research on emerging technologies (quantum, bio-digital convergence, metaverse)
- Present strategic foresight reports to executive stakeholders and investment committees
- Design and facilitate innovation workshops with global R&D partners
- Monitor regulatory landscapes and ethical implications of emerging technologies
- Build and maintain a network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Innovation, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or product development
- Proven experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills for complex concepts
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through ambiguity
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or futurism
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
