Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or Quantum Computing
- 10+ years experience in strategic technology forecasting with Fortune 500 impact
- Published research in IEEE Spectrum, Nature Futures, or similar tier-1 journals
- Expertise in scenario planning frameworks (e.g., Delphi Method, Horizon Scanning)
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep understanding of quantum machine learning and synthetic biology
- Security clearance (Top Secret) preferred for government collaborations
