Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual 2026 Technology Foresight reports with actionable strategic recommendations
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions (AR/VR, quantum interfaces, neural interfaces)
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and emerging tech startups
- Design scenarios for societal impacts of disruptive technologies (climate adaptation, workforce evolution)
- Present futures intelligence to executive stakeholders and board members
- Mentor innovation teams in speculative design and trend analysis methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech R&D
- Published thought leadership on 2020+ technology trends (peer-reviewed journals or industry conferences)
- Expertise in at least three emerging domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or decentralized systems
- Proficiency in futures research tools (horizon scanning, Delphi method, scenario planning)
- Experience scaling innovation initiatives from concept to market launch
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent field
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ technology foresight projects with measurable impact
