Responsibilities

- Develop innovation roadmaps and strategic frameworks for future-proofing organizational capabilities
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate and prototype next-generation solutions
- Produce trend reports and foresight briefings for executive decision-making
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable business strategies
- Advise leadership on long-term positioning in rapidly evolving markets
- Champion ethical innovation and sustainable growth principles
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Innovation Management, Strategic Planning, or related field
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, R&D, or innovation leadership roles
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused strategies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts
- Experience with data visualization and foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
- Certification in foresight methodologies or innovation management preferred
