Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year innovation roadmaps by analyzing emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech convergence)
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Scenarios' workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and risks
- Develop patent-pending frameworks for market disruption forecasting and competitive positioning
- Partner with venture capital teams to evaluate and incubate pre-2026 startups
- Present strategic foresight insights to executive leadership and board members
- Drive organizational adoption of exponential technologies through change management programs
- Author industry thought leadership on 2026 tech disruption vectors
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy/innovation roles with Fortune 500 or high-growth tech firms
- Proven expertise in emerging tech trend analysis and scenario planning
- Advanced degree in Futuristics, Systems Engineering, or MBA with innovation focus
- Published thought leadership in tech forecasting (Harvard Business Review, etc.)
- Track record of launching exponential-growth initiatives (>50% YoY growth)
- Mastery of foresight methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning, Weak Signal Analysis)
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and AI-driven analytics
- Certification in Innovation Management or Technology Foresight preferred
