- Build quantitative scenario models for market evolution and competitive positioning
- Present foresight insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage an innovation portfolio balancing moonshot projects with incremental improvements
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and future-focused think tanks
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategy, innovation, or futurist roles at Fortune 500 companies
- Proven track record of implementing future-focused initiatives with measurable ROI
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, climate tech)
- Strong data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level gravitas
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from ACIF or Foresight Practitioners)
