Responsibilities
- Forecast and analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, neurotech, climate AI) through 2026 horizon scanning
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients in biotech, logistics, and energy sectors
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and data scientists to prototype future-ready solutions
- Present trend insights to C-suite executives and industry panels at global innovation forums
- Drive R&D partnerships with academic institutions and national labs
- Conduct scenario planning for disruptive tech adoption and regulatory impacts
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, tech innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methodology, and trend analysis frameworks
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum, AI, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products or services
- Exceptional storytelling skills for translating complex trends into actionable strategies
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management (e.g., APF, CFTE)
